Privacy Policy
Effective October 30, 2026. Runur is a sports analytics service. This page says, in plain language, what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
Account details you give us: your username, email address, and — for two-factor protection — your phone number. Sign-in and security events (for example, a successful sign-in). Usage data: which pages and features you use, so we can fix what is broken and improve what is not. If you subscribe, we store your Stripe customer and subscription IDs and your plan tier.
Payments
Card data never touches our servers. Payments are processed by Stripe, which holds your card details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store a full card number.
What we never do
We never sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We use it to run your account, secure the service, and send the account email you asked for (verification, security notices, and — only if you opt in — a periodic digest).
Cookies and sessions
We set a session cookie to keep you signed in. It is essential to the service; we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
